WICOFORM S 10 is a metalworking cooling and lubricating fluid based on dearomatized hydrocarbons with volatile lubricant improvers, chlorine and mineral oil free.
Scope:
Machining (drilling, turning, milling and sawing) of aluminum, aluminum alloys, magnesium, titanium and titanium alloys. Non-cutting forming (punching, fine blanking and nibbling) of all contact materials, aluminum and copper alloys, e.g. on Bihler welding gun automatics.
Characteristics:
Optimal cooling and lubrication, especially for carbide stamping tools. The remaining ultra-thin lubricating film evaporates almost without residue. This ensures clean and environmentally friendly operation.
WICOFORM S 10 is classified as a hazardous substance according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP].
The product does not contain: heavy metals, silicones, PCBs, PCTs and halogens.
WICOFORM S 100

Product description:
WICOFORM S 100 is a cooling lubricant based on dearomatized hydrocarbons with partially volatile lubrication improvers, chlorine- and mineral oil-free.
Scope:
Machining (drilling, turning, milling and sawing) of unalloyed steels, aluminum, aluminum alloys, magnesium, titanium and titanium alloys.
Chipless forming (punching, fine blanking and nibbling) of all contact materials, unalloyed steels, aluminum and copper alloys, e.g. on Bihler welding gun automatics.
Characteristics:
Optimal cooling and lubrication, especially for carbide-tipped stamping tools. The remaining ultra-thin lubricating film evaporates. Any remaining residues burn off above 240 °C. This ensures clean and environmentally friendly operation.
WICOFORM S 100 is preferably applied in a very thin layer to the parts or tool using a spray cooling system such as the Fluidtec spray cooling system. Even the smallest doses result in above-average improvements in tool life. WICOFORM S 100 contains no silicone.
WICOFORM S 100 is subject to labelling requirements in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP].

WICOFORM S 22 offers high pressure absorption capacity and optimal results.
WICOFORM S 22 evaporates without residue above 360 °C, is chlorine-free and physiologically harmless.
Furthermore, it is not subject to labelling requirements according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 [CLP] and is free from ethanol, silicones, aromatics, PCBs, PCTs and PCDFs.
Loss lubrication in the application area, therefore no disposal problems.

WICODRAW 1430 S is a rapidly evaporating cooling lubricant based on dearomatized hydrocarbons with readily volatile lubricating agents. A slight residual lubricating film remains after evaporation.
Scope:
Non-cutting metalworking, such as punching, fine blanking, nibbling, deep drawing, etc., and machining with cutting, such as tapping, high-speed milling, turning and sawing of aluminium, aluminium alloys, magnesium, titanium and titanium alloys.
Properties: Activation level = 30%
WICODRAW 1430 S generates an optimal cooling and lubrication effect, especially with carbide tools.
Built-up edges are effectively prevented. This results in maximum performance through longer tool life and improved surface finishes. Clean and environmentally friendly work is thus guaranteed.

WICOPLANT EP is developed using high-quality, predominantly plant-based raw materials. The product has excellent lubricity, resulting in superior surface finishes and long tool life.
Area of application:
WICOPLANT EP is suitable for machining operations such as gear hobbing, milling, turning, drilling, reaming, honing, lapping, sawing, thread cutting and forming, as well as bending and punching.
Application:
The product is suitable for machining low- to medium-alloy steels, as well as for stainless Cr-Ni steels, high-alloy tool and heat-treatable steels, non-ferrous metals, aluminum and its alloys.
WICOPLANT EP can be applied by means of continuous or drip lubrication or with spray equipment (MMKS system according to the Fluidtec principle).
Characteristics :
WICOPLANT EP exhibits optimal cooling and lubrication properties and is particularly low in mist. Excellent wetting is ensured in minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) systems. The remaining lubricating film can be easily removed using flushing and spray chamber methods.
