WICOIL RSM 60 is a paraffinum liquidum-based lubricant for heavy pipe bending with environmentally friendly, high-pressure-resistant lubricating and sliding film formers.
Scope:
Cold bending of pipes and profiles made of rolled steel, alloy steels, stainless Cr-Ni and stainless steels, copper, CuNiFe and aluminum alloys, titanium, etc. Also suitable for thread cutting, punching and deep drawing.
Characteristics:
WICOIL RSM 60 offers excellent lubrication, sliding, and adhesion properties, enabling smooth pressure distribution even under extreme bending conditions. The remaining oil film is easily removed from the pipes with cold or hot water or alkaline cleaners (re-emulsifiable). Soldering and welding can be performed without additional cleaning.

WICOS-RB 8112 is a special pipe bending lubricant, re-emulsifiable, equipped with highly effective lubricants and lubricating film formers. WICOS-RB 8112 is completely nitrite- and chlorine-free and does not contain any silicones.
Area of application:
Thread cutting, cold bending of pipes and profiles made of rolled steel, alloy steels, Cr-Ni and stainless steels (VA, Remanit, Hastelloy etc.), aluminum and copper alloys and titanium on hydraulic pressure bending machines with and without mandrels, as well as on multi-bend machines from Schwarze-Robitec GmbH, Cologne and Lang GmbH, Michelstadt/Odw.
When thread cutting, the paste can be applied to the cutting zone with a brush.
Characteristics:
WICOS-RB 8112 has excellent adhesive and sliding properties, preventing cracking. The adhering grease film is easily removed with water, allowing soldering and welding operations to be carried out without further cleaning.

The product is suitable for machining low- to medium-alloy steels, as well as for stainless Cr-Ni steels, high-alloy tool and heat-treatable steels, non-ferrous metals, aluminum and its alloys.
WICOPLANT EP can be applied by means of continuous or drip lubrication or with spray equipment (MMKS system according to the Fluidtec principle).
Characteristics :
WICOPLANT EP exhibits optimal cooling and lubrication properties and is particularly low in mist. Excellent wetting is ensured in minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) systems. The remaining lubricating film can be easily removed using flushing and spray chamber processes.
