Area of application:
For machining Mg, Cu, Ms, aluminum, and aluminum alloys. WICOLUB 1119 AL is also suitable for machining steel and cast steel.
Application concentrations:
General machining of steels and aluminum alloys from 8%.

Product description:
WICOSYNT 1127 is a foam-free cooling lubricant with highly effective lubricating and sliding film formers, low mineral oil content (approx. 20%).
Scope:
CNC machining of cast iron, steel, and Cr-Ni steels is possible, as is machining of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and aluminum alloys (excluding non-ferrous metals such as copper, bronze, and brass alloys). The product is also suitable for grinding on Studer machines, for cylindrical and internal grinding with boron nitride wheels. Furthermore, the product is also suitable for centerless grinding (e.g., external cylindrical grinding).

WICOSOL S1 is an amine-, boric acid- and mineral oil-free, water-soluble special grinding coolant. When mixed with water, it produces transparent, odorless, and particularly low-foaming grinding solutions with good corrosion protection properties.
Scope:
The product is primarily suitable for surface, cylindrical and internal grinding of hard metal materials, but it can also be used for grinding non-ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, steel and steel alloys, castings, as well as glass and ceramics.
The product is also ideally suited for use in ski edge sharpening.

WICOSOL SK 8 is a synthetic, FAD- and mineral oil-free, water-soluble, transparent abrasive. It is free of nitrosatable amines and complies with TRGS 611 guidelines.
Scope:
Primarily for surface, cylindrical, and internal grinding of steel and steel alloys. Wicosol SK 8 is also used for slow-motion grinding and vibratory finishing.
