CONTRAM™ OF-G is a liquid antimicrobial agent primarily used to treat bacterial growth in tanks.

Since CONTRAM™ OF-G contains no nitrogen, it does not contribute to nitrosamine formation.

 

The recommended application rate for metalworking fluids is 0.1–0.2% in the final dilution. Efficacy, stability, and compatibility should be verified in a laboratory before use.

 

CONTRAM™ OF-G is an effective, fast-acting bactericide that is free of heavy metals, phenols, halogens and complexing agents.

CONTRAM™ OF-G has a neutral pH and can therefore be easily incorporated into preparations such as:

- Water-miscible coolants
- Dye dispersions
- Other aqueous systems

CONTRAM™ OF-G is not compatible with acids or oxidizing agents.

Areas of application:

The exact dosage should be determined using suitable preservative efficacy tests (e.g., in the Vink application technique). Use biocidal products with care. Always read the label and product information before use.

parmetol® MBX contains only biodegradable components. Experience has shown that dilutions of parmetol® MBX do not interfere with the proper operation of municipal wastewater treatment plants.
