WICOIL-CLP 220 is a high-performance mineral oil-based sliding and lubricating oil equipped with lubricating active sliding film formers.
WICOIL-CLP 220 is free of PCB/PCT and other chlorine carriers.
Application:
For hydraulics, gearboxes, sliding and guideways of different materials, especially for plastic-coated sliding and guideways, and as a universal oil for machine tool lubrication.
Characteristics:
WICOIL-CLP 220 prevents stick-slip at ultra-fine feed rates on modern CNC machine tools.
Extremely low coefficient of friction and constant sliding behavior enable energy savings through reduced power consumption. This also makes maximum positioning accuracy achievable at the lowest feed rates and infeed movements.
High film strength and good adhesion ensure excellent lubricity and compressive strength.
WICOIL-CLP 220 is imulsified by normal and fine dispersion emulsions of conventional and semi-synthetic cooling lubricants. This promotes lubrication, keeps machines clean, and prevents deposits from forming that could lead to adhesion on the guideways.
WICOIL-CLP 220 is compatible with our water-miscible WICOLUB cooling lubricants as well as with other long-life cooling lubricants.
