Scope:

Thread forming, thread cutting, gear rolling (broaching), keyway drawing, punching, fine blanking, nibbling, profile rolling, sawing and deep drawing of unalloyed steel, also suitable for high-alloy tool and heat-treatable steels, stainless Cr-Ni steels, titanium and non-ferrous alloys.

WICOIL 754 is suitable for flood cooling and can also be applied using a spray bottle or drip oiler.

WICOIL 754 is characterized by excellent adhesion and lubrication properties as well as high lubricating film load-bearing capacity. The specifically effective high-pressure additives (EP agents) are extremely stable and prevent the formation of built-up edges and cold welding of materials on stamping tools.

WICOIL 754 is compatible with non-ferrous metals and free of heavy metals, PCBs and PCTs.

High-alloy case-hardening and nitriding steels (e.g., 42CrMo4). Stainless and acid-resistant Cr-Ni steels, stainless steel, Remanit, Nimonic, Discaloy, Hastelloy, Inconel (e.g., X 10 Cr Ni Mo Nb 1810). Aluminum and Al-Mg alloys (e.g., ALMgSi1). Titanium alloys (e.g., TiAL7 Mo4). Copper and Cu alloys (e.g., G-CuSn 10 Zn).

 

Characteristics:

The effectiveness of the existing high-pressure additives (chemically active EP additive combinations) is particularly evident in the machining of the aforementioned materials in the form of longer tool life and better surface finishes.

WICOS-VA is subject to labelling requirements according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP]. The product does not contain: heavy metals, silicones, PCBs, PCTs.
