WICOIL HTX 68 is a high-performance mineral oil-based oil for slideways and guideways, equipped with lubricating active film formers.
WICOIL HTX 68 is free of PCB/PCT and other chlorine carriers.

Application:

For sliding and guideways made of different materials, especially for plastic-coated sliding and guideways and for machine tool gearboxes.

Characteristics:

WICOIL HTX 68 prevents stick-slip during fine feeds on modern CNC machine tools. Its extremely low coefficient of friction and consistent sliding properties enable energy savings through reduced power consumption.

This enables maximum positioning accuracy at the smallest feed rates and infeed movements.

High film strength and good adhesion ensure excellent lubricity and compressive strength.

WICOIL HTX 68 is imulsified by normal and fine dispersion emulsions of conventional and semi-synthetic cooling lubricants. This promotes lubrication, keeps machines clean, and prevents deposits from forming that could lead to adhesion on the guideways.

WICOIL HTX 68 is compatible with our water-miscible WICOLUB cooling lubricants as well as with other long-life cooling lubricants.
