Alkaline cleaner REIN PUR

Product Description:
WICOREIN-PUR is an alkaline cold cleaner, water miscible, biodegradable and anti corrosive protection. It contains no acids and alkali. Grease removal concentrate alternative to Wigol.
Application:
WICOREIN PUR cleans machine tools, machinery, engine and transmission parts of all kinds insulators, plastics, rubber and all metals (paint), forklifts and other vehicles and canvas cover. Also suitable for containers and plants for food, stoves, boilers , burners, baking tubes and a grill.
Properties / Effects:
WICOREIN-PUR is highly concentrated and therefore highly active cleaning. It dissolves quickly and efficiently fats, oils, resins, carbon black, printing inks, silicone residues ect. Leaves clean, grease-free surfaces. An anti-corrosion additive prevents rust formation on bare metal parts, also an intermediate storage of parts is over a short period of time possible.
Application / Security:
In diving and swabing process act WICOREIN-PUR about 1-5 min.  Remove the loosenend dirt by using cloth, brush or water jet up. Stubborn deposits WICOREIN PUR undiluted. With normal to slightly dirty, diluted with water 1:1 to 1:20 . By using hot water, the effect of WICOREIN-PUR be substantially increased. Therefore ideally suited as an additive for high pressure and steam cleaning. WICOREIN-PUR is environmentally friendly - non toxic - biodegradable capable - not corrosive and flammable. For splitting up of the  washing baths which are afflicetd by WICOREIN PUR we recommend the method of ultrafiltration. The product is not a dangerous substance according to the current Ordinance on Hazardous Substances.

System Cleaner RY-S 108

Product description:
WICO SYSTEM CLEANER RY S-108 is a bactericidal, fungicidal and sporicidal acting system cleaner, with the cleaning and disinfection of coolant circulation systems in a single pass is possible.
Application:
WICO SYSTEM CLEANER RY S-108 is added to the circulating processing fluids. The application area covers both mineral oil and synthetic coolants.
Concentrations:
WICO SYSTEM CLEANER RY S-108, is added to the unusable emulsion or solution of at least 8 hours before draining. The target concentration rate based on the complete coolant circulation rate is 0.5 - max. 2% - depending on the state (microbial infection) of the emulsion / solution. In case of extreme contamination, the concentration can be increased up to 3%. Avoid skin contact with the coolant, don't start high-pressure pump during rotation and do not work on the machine. AvoidAerosols. The delivery system with atmospheric pressure (1 to max. 3 bar) circulate.
Properties:
Due to the antiseptic effect, bacteria, fungi and yeasts are destroyed. It prevents re-infection of the renewed cooling lubricant emulsion or solution. Because of the good cleaning and dirt-carrying capacity, the deposits are removed in the systems and oil deposits are emulsified. WICO SYSTEM CLEANER RY S 108 contains corrosion inhibitors to prevent rust on the machines and tools. Wear protective clothing when handling.
Application Instructions:
Leave the treated emulsion / solution about 8-12 h with continuous circulation  in the machine which is done most conveniently during normal labor input. Drain liquid and rinse the entire coolant circuit with a 1% fresh emulsion. The coolant system can now be refilled with fresh emulsion or synthetic solution.

Product description:

Product description:

For all cleaning projects in machine- and manufacturing parts made of ferrous and nonferrous metals and plastics (PVC, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PTFE, PVDF, acrylates, etc.) For polystyrene and elastomers a durability test is recommended.
Properties:
Safety Cold Cleaner SK 510 contains a dearomatized, strong solvent hydrocarbon mixture containing large rate of naphthenes, combined with a powerful cleaning concentrate. He replaces CHC as well as aromatics white spirits regarding of cleaning power with simultaneous corrosion protection.
Application and safety:
Safety Cold Cleaner SK 510 can universally be applied cold or warm up to max. 50 ° C. Painting with a brush, rub with a cloth or sponge, flood or diving bath, continuous bath, spraying with gun or spear or sprayer unit. Also suitable for ultrasound equipment. Safety Cold Cleaner SK 510 is not a hazardous substance according to the current Ordinance on Hazardous Substances. The product does not include: heavy metals, silicones, PCB, PCT, chlorine and other halogens. Safety Cold Cleaner SK 510 is not subject to special sewage treatment, a simple oil separatorwill do, so-called light density according to DIN 1999. The residual oil content in waste water is 8 mg / l, the COD value of 24 mg / l

Dielectric fluid Wicos DW1620

Product Description:
WICOS EN 1620 is a high-quality, highly refined, age-resistant dielectric fluid. Properties / Benefits: WICOS EN 1620 is almost odorless - even when heated. The product is clear in erosion operation does not change its color. It provides a low-wear and stripping intensive erosion process. Because of its low viscosity and surface tension WICOS EN 1620 has an excellent flushing and cooling capacity. The product is very good filtrable with paper and precoat facilities.
Application / Security: Because of its puritytoxic or allergic symptoms on the skin are not known. The product is not labeled. It is not a dangerous substance according to the current Ordinance on Hazardous Substances. Due to its high flash point and boiling range is a good operational reliability and low evaporation be achieved.

Degreaser REIN 1916

Product description:
WICOREIN 1916 can be used for degreasing and cleaning operations. The application is recommended especially where safety reasons physiologically harmful solvents should not be used.
WICOREIN 1916 evaporating faster than the most stable A III products. Therefore WICOREIN 1916 will be used where previously A III products could not be used because of the slow evaporation.
Properties:
WICOREIN 1916 is a cold cleaning and degreasing solvent-based, free of aromatic hydrocarbons and halocarbons.
WICOREIN 1916 has an excellent solubility to animal,- vegetable,- and mineral oils and fats. WICOREIN 1916 also solves bitumen (asphalt and tar), waxes, natural and synthetic resins. WICOREIN 1916 does not sovles cured paint and can be highly recommended especially for cleaning of painted or primed parts. The behavior of Wicorein towards metal is neutral.
Application:
WICOREIN 1916 can be used in washing,- immersion,- spray and flood methods.

Properties / Effects:
WICORREX DW-104 is thin and contains solvents. It displaces the water (emulsion residue, sweat, etc.) quickly and forms a thin, waxy, slightly oily protective film. The product does not leave stains on copper, copper alloys and aluminum. Protection period when stored in closed rooms around 3-6 months and more. For parts storeg outdoors under a roof, WICORREX DW 104 is only of limited use.
Application / Security:
Apply by spraying, brushing or dipping. In diving tanks are set up at the bottom and the water can be drained because it does not emulsify. Store at room temperature. WICORREX DW-104 is not a dangerous substance according to the current Ordinance on Hazardous Substances and not subject to the labeling requirement. TRbF and VbF / Class A III are observed. The agent contains no silicone and no PCB or PCT. The film is not gummy and dissolves in lubricating oils. There is no need to remove in generally, but can be easily eliminated with all solvent cleaners.

Corrosion Protection DW 1613

Product description:
WICORREX DW-1613 long-term corrosion protection agent, displaces water (dewatering), solvent-based, contains wax components, halogen-free.
Application:
WICORREX DW-1613 is used for the passivation of semi-finished and finished products, also of large tools, machinery and pump parts for long storage.
Properties / Effects:
WICORREX DW-1613 forms a relatively thin, waxy, slightly oily protective film. The film is dry to touch, low resistant to mechanical wear but sufficient for packaging and transport. The protection lasts for internal storage or packaging about 8-12 months, if stored outside in a shed 3-6 months.
Application / Security: Apply by spraying, brushing or dipping. It is moisture (water emulsion residue, sweat) displaced. WICORREX DW-1613 is not a dangerous substance as defined currently valid GefStoffV. The product does not include: silicones, PCB, PCT, dioxin-containing substances, chlorine and other halogene. The film does not gummy and dissolve in lubricating oils. There is no need to remove in generally , but can be easily eliminated with all solvent cleaners

Corrosion Protection Wicor 1171

Product description:
WICOR 1171 is an alkanolamine based anti-corrosion fluid for water based metal working fluids.
Metering and Application:
Given the different operating conditions we can not recommended binding details for metering. We recommend the use level of 0.2 - 0.5% to 100 l concentrate. In order to use cost-effective we recommend in problem cases, the required concentration to be determined by pilot tests.
In water-mixed, semi-synthetic coolants as corrosion protection (eg our WICOPAL, WICOLUB and WICOSYNT series).  WICOR 1171  can be used as corrosion protection for temporary storage of the processed material. In order to achieve optimal results, we recommend an approach of 2-5%. WICOR 1171 recommended if very high corrosion protection requirements on the coolant, eg mainly in the processing of steel, brass, aluminum and zinc. In this case, WICOR 1171 are given 2 percent to the concentrate.
Properties:
WICOR 1171 is characterized by high emulsion stability, good corrosion protection and a low foaming. WICOR 1171 is in sealed containers and stored frost-free limited shelf life.
Safety / Disposal:
WICOR 1171 is not a dangerous substance according to the current Ordinance on Hazardous Substances.

In mineral oil containing metal working fluids used WICOR 1924 nonferrous metal deactivator and corrosion protection is recommended mainly for aluminum, brass, copper and its alloys . WICOR 1924 is recommened especially with high demands on the cooling lubricant as to black spot in the processing of copper and brass.
Properties:
WICOR 1171 is characterized by high emulsion stability, good corrosion protection and a low foaming. WICOR 1171 is in sealed containers and stored frost-free limited shelf life.
Safety / Disposal:

Preservative Wicolan B 60

Product description:
The preservative WICOLAN-B 60 for temporary reduction of bacteria and thus to eliminate putrid smell in used emulsions.
Application:
WICOLAN B-60 is particularly suitable for the continued preservation of water-miscible cutting fluids, which manifests itself due to high bacteria plate count rotting smell. The applicability of the unstable emulsion can be used to extend up to 6 weeks.
Features / Effects:
WICOLAN B-60 is an antimicrobial preservative based on a hexahydrotriazine and serves to stabilize and pH regulation of used cooling lubricant emulsions in the pH range <8.2 to 8.8. WICOLAN B-60 is highly active against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, the antifungal property is weak. Odorless in the application, i.e. for use in heavy misting of cutting fluids.
Application / Security:
0.1 to 0.15% in the use thinner. Combined in water-mixed cooling lubricants with basic preservatives. The cooling lubricants subsequent perservated in the pH range 8.0 to 9.5 remain unchanged in their sensitivity and application-specific properties.
Notes:
When dealing with WICOLAN B-60, the general rules for handling chemicals should be noted as wearing safety goggles and rubber gloves. Change in wetting the clothes and wash them immediately, wash hands and other area of skin with soap, wash eyes with fresh water. WICOLAN B-60 is free of heavy metals, phenols, halogens, and complexing agents. Incompatible with strong acids and oxidants! Do not store product in direct sunlight!

Preservative Wicolan AN 29

Product description:
The preservative WICOLAN-AN 29 for temporary reduction of bacteria and thus to eliminate putrid smell in used emulsions, which are mainly used in aluminum and magnesium processing.
Application:
Subsequent preservation of coolant systems - are infected with microorganisms (yeast, fungi, bacteria) - due to age. The utility of the emulsion can be used to extend up to 6 weeks.
Features / Effects:
WICOLAN AN-29 is highly active against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, fungi and yeasts. Marked by the fungus efficacy WICOLAN AN 29 is particularly suited as a fungicide for use solutions.
Application / Security:
0.05 - 0.15% in the use thinner.  Combined in water-mixed cooling lubricants with basic preservatives. The cooling lubricants subsequent perservated in the pH range 8.0 to 9.5 remain unchanged in their sensitivity and application-specific properties.
Notes:

Preservative Wicolan F 34

Product description:
Subsequent Preservative Wicolan F 34  is an aqueous, concentrated preparation and fungal resistance acts through its fungistatic to coolant emulsions.
Features / Effects:
WICOLAN F-34 is an antimicrobial preservative and is suited to stabilize pH and regulation of used cooling lubricant emulsions whose surfaces already incipient slime and filamentous fungal growth are infected.
Putrid smell and skin formation will be reduced. WICOLAN F-34 is aromatic odor and has a high chemical and thermal stability.
Application / Security:
0.025 to 0.075% in the use thinner. WICOLAN F-34 is particularly suitable for use in water-mixed cooling lubricants based on boron or other bacteriostatic.
Notes:
WICOLAN F-34 can also be combined with formaldehyde donor compounds. WICOLAN F-34 is not a skin irritant. ! It is a biodegradable product. Do not store in direct sunlight . The product does not include: nitrite, Nitritabspalter, formaldehyde, heavy metals, secondary amines, diethanolamine, nitrosamines, arsenic, silicones, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), polychlorinated terphenyls (PCT), dioxin-containing materials, boron, chlorine and other halogens.

Product description:
Anti-foaming agent Wico EW 1105 is a self-emulsifying concentrate on the basis of polyglycol. WICO anti-foaming agent EW 1105 keeps clear water soluble, and mainly for the application in grinding solutions.
Metering / Application:
Given the different operating conditions we can not recommended binding details for metering. We recommend the use level of 3  - max 10,0 % to 100 l coolant solution. In order to use cost-effective we recommend in problem cases, the required concentration to be determined by pilot tests.
WICO-EW 1105 should be stirred before each treatment or just shaken thoroughly. 
In water-mixed, fully synthetic coolants (eg our WICOSOL series), but also in semi-synthetic coolants (eg our WICOPAL, WICOLUB and WICOSYNT series).
WICO EW 1105
is recommended if high demands are placed on the foam reduction. By eliminating portions of silicone anti-foaming this is also suitable for cases which require a subsequent surface treatment must be guaranteed.

Anti- foaming agnet Wico EW 1106

Product description:
Anti-foaming agent Wico EW 1106 is a water dispersibled anti-foaming concentrate. The product is recommended due to its silicone oil-free especially for the automotive industry. A disturbance in the refinement as electroplating and lacquering is not expected.

Given the different operating conditions we can not recommended binding details for metering. We recommend the use level of 0,02  - max 0,1 % to 100 l concantration. In order to use cost-effective we recommend in problem cases, the required concentration to be determined by pilot tests. For a faster effect, we recommend to emulsify the required quantity in approximately the same quantity of emulsion by shaking in a suitable container before and then to give into the machine. This results in a better dispersion and effect of the anti-foaming agent.
In water-mixed, semi-synthetic coolants (eg our WICOPAL, WICOLUB and WICOSYNT series) and fully synthetic coolants (eg our WICOSOL series) WICO EW 1106 is recommended if high demands are placed on the foam reduction.
