Type-Description

WICOS COMPOUND is a high-tapping paste with highly effective lubricating film formers. The residues are re-emulsified and therefore is easily removable with water.
During thread cutting or thread whirling very good adhesion and optimum lubrication. The sliding film is adapted primarily to the necking of tubes made of high-toughness steel and non-ferrous alloys. The remaining fat is extracted of the water and in a short time removable without residue.

Usage

For cutting operations e.g. tapping, threading, drilling and thread whirling, necking of tubes of different wall thicknesses and alloy and stainless steels, also for chipless machining, such as Stamping, and precision punching.
WICOS COMPOUND is applied by brush or lubrication felt.
